Aeviated septum is obstructive sleep apnea and are exercise (running) is hard?
I have a deviated septum, one of my nostrils is almost completely closed. Also I have obstructive sleep apnea (too much tissue in the throat). I'm running, but when I have about a mile shortness of breath. Is this the cause?
Surely you will have questions to breathe, but you can learn to inhale and exhale from the mouth to overcome, for what pace should start gradually. Do not, leave you to breathe faster. Good luck!
