Sleep Apnea?
I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and now I'm on a waiting list to visit a dream clininc determine what treatment I need, what I said could take months, unfortunately, because of my situation I have no right to a Medicare card and I have no money to go private, so I'm an easy target. At the moment anyone can suggest a remedy, or anything that will help me sleep at night until they get proper treatment, preferbly something that will not leave me feeling drowsy the next day or hanged. I constantly wake up and when I do not once again sleep, most nights I wake up about 2am and stay awake until I go to work. It unberable. Does anyone have any suggestions, please.
In fact, try sleeping on your stomach, it will not obstruct the airway as well.
